1) When you make a transaction, many companies use computer and information system to gather data about you such as your name, address, telephone numbers, buying habits and credit history. They then sell this information to other companies without you permission and without giving you then chance to verity the information, what potential problem can you see in this?

Effects:

Firstly, the major problem that I can see is the other company can use my name to make approval to something agreement without my permission easily. Example, the company want to buy something product, they will use my to the other company in order to make the agreement. In this case, I will suffer the irresponsible company’s debt, not them. The company will chase me to collect the debt. Then they will blacklist my name in their company. It will cause difficult for me to make a purchase. After that, I will face bigger problem, more debt I had to suffer from the irresponsible company. Then I will be prison for the thing that I’ve never done if I don’t make any action to solve the problem.

Overcome Action:

To solve the problems, firstly I must make police report. Then, I will block my system information to avoid more possibility internet misdemeanor. I also has to cancelled the agreement that have made by the irresponsible company.

There are many ways computer can affect my profession’s productivity as a school teacher. As a teacher, I had to keep many record such as student’s profile, their exam grade and many more. With computer, I don’t have to keep the old fashioned files, I just use my finger to open the file. It can facilitate my job. The software also help me to do thing such as make a question paper in Microsoft word, arrange the student’s file and many more. The internet also can publish my job as a teacher. I can make tuition on the internet, i will communicate with them only in the internet.
